Vendor Eligibility:

Only vendors offering products or services consistent with the theme and ethos of NAPATA Village Market are eligible to participate.

Vendors must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding the sale of goods or services.

Application Process:

Vendors must complete and submit a vendor application form.
-
Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to vendors offering unique or locally sourced products.

Vendor Fees:

A non-refundable vendor fee is required upon acceptance of the application to secure the vendor's space.

Set-Up and Tear-Down:
-
Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and tear-down within the designated time frames provided by event organizers.

All vendors must ensure that their booths are set up in a safe and secure manner to prevent any hazards to patrons or other vendors.

Set-up are between the times of 10:00AM-11:30AM. NO SET UP PAST THIS TIME. No breakdown is permitted until 5:00PM.

Product Display:

Vendors are responsible for providing their own display tables, tents, and signage.

All products and displays must be kept within the designated vendor space and should not obstruct pedestrian walkways or impede the flow of traffic.

Product Quality and Safety:

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products sold meet quality and safety standards set forth by local health authorities.

Any products found to be unsafe or of substandard quality may be removed from sale at the discretion of event organizers.

Sales and Transactions:

Vendors are responsible for conducting all sales transactions directly with customers.

Cash transactions are encouraged, but vendors may offer alternative payment methods at their discretion.

Cleanliness and Waste Management:

Vendors must maintain a clean and tidy booth space throughout the duration of the event.

All vendors are responsible for properly disposing of any waste generated by their booth in designated trash receptacles.

Compliance with Event Policies:

Vendors must comply with all event policies and directives issued by event organizers.

Failure to comply with event policies may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

Insurance and Liability:

Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance to protect against any claims arising from their participation in the event.

Event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by vendors or their representatives during the event.

By participating in NAPATA Village Market, vendors agree to abide by these rules and regulations as outlined above. Event organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these rules at any time and will communicate any changes to participating vendors accordingly.
