PRODUCT & PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

External Use Only: Steep 1–2 teaspoons of comfrey leaf in hot water for 10–15 minutes, then apply as a warm compress, poultice, or wash over the affected area.

Can also be infused in carrier oil to make a healing balm or salve for bruises, sprains, or joint pain.

 

Do not apply to deep or open wounds without professional guidance.

 

STORAGE & EXPIRATION

For this reason, it is not recommended for internal use without practitioner supervision.

 

Avoid use during pregnancy or on open, deep, or infected wounds. Do not use for extended periods continuously.
