PRODUCT & PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Simmer 1–2 pieces (or 1 tsp if powdered) of cuachalalate bark in 2 cups of water for 20–30 minutes. Strain and drink 1–2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach for digestive healing.
May also be used as a mouth rinse for oral ulcers and gum strength.
STORAGE & EXPIRATION
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from sunlight and moisture.
