PRODUCT & PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Simmer 1 teaspoon of wild cherry bark in 1 cup of water for 15–20 minutes. Strain and sip slowly.
May be blended with mullein, licorice, or marshmallow root for enhanced respiratory relief.
Use up to 2 times daily for dry or spasmodic coughs.
