PRODUCT & PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

For internal use: Simmer 1 teaspoon of witch hazel root in water for 15–20 minutes. Drink once daily for short-term internal toning.

 

For external use: Simmer root and soak a clean cloth in the decoction. Apply to bruises, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, or inflamed skin.

 

Do not use for more than 2 weeks internally without professional guidance.

 

STORAGE & EXPIRATION

Store in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Use within 6–9 months for best potency. Keep sealed tightly after each use.
